I turn ambiguous, high-stakes creative initiatives into operationalized programs that scale. Fifteen-plus years in media & entertainment — pairing deep creative-production experience with the systems design (Airtable architecture, workflow automation, and agentic AI) that lets multidisciplinary teams of designers, producers, and engineers deliver at volume and velocity.
Right now I'm at Netflix, architecting the operational backbone for emerging creative formats — the custom Airtable systems, cost models, and AI-agent workflows that take net-new content types from 0→1 across design, engineering, and external partners.
Before that: production leadership at Impact Theory (4M+ subscriber channels), a Netflix editing stint building creative-asset systems, and fifteen years running full-cycle production for Bravo, Spotify, AMC, NBCUniversal, and Carnegie Hall.
