I turn ambiguous, high-stakes creative initiatives into operationalized programs that scale. Deep creative-production experience paired with the systems design (Airtable architecture, workflow automation, and agentic AI) that lets multidisciplinary teams of designers, producers, and engineers deliver at volume and velocity.

Right now I'm at Netflix, architecting the operational backbone for emerging creative formats — the custom Airtable systems, cost models, and AI-agent workflows that take net-new content types from 0→1 across design, engineering, and external partners.

Before that: production leadership at Impact Theory (4M+ subscriber channels), a Netflix editing stint building creative-asset systems, and full-cycle production for Bravo, Spotify, AMC, NBCUniversal, and Carnegie Hall.

I'm currently building SignalFlow, a knowledge system and life-management interface for the human + AI era.
